I became interested in the human services as a teenager when I realized, I was the friend that spent most of my time taking care of others; being the listening ear, the shoulder to cry on, and the one that people looked to for support through a difficult time. These experiences guided me to studying Psychology at the University of South Carolina and completing my Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology at American International College in Massachusetts. I have been working with all ages in the Mental Health field for nearly 20 years and my primary focus is with teens, young adults and adults.
My specialties are working with clients who have Anxiety and/or truamatic experiences. I enjoy connecting the mind and body with nature by spending sessions outside in varying weather conditions. I also offer traditional in-office visits and tele-health.
My goal is to help you process past and current life events. To increase your ability to have a broader perspective, grow from your struggles
and move forward to where you want to be in your life.
