There was a point where I realized that traditional approaches weren’t going deep enough.
Not because they don’t work. Because they often stop at the mind.
And anxiety doesn’t live in just one place.
It moves through your thoughts, your body, your nervous system, your energy, your patterns, your lived experiences.
I created Evolving Mind and Body, LLC as a space where all of that is not only acknowledged, it's worked with, intentionally.

I believe true healing comes from addressing the whole person—mind, body, and energy. Each individual’s journey is different, and I take the time to connect deeply with my clients, listening for both verbal and nonverbal cues to understand their goals and needs fully.
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Mindfulness-Based Ecotherapist, and Reiki Master.
My approach blends clinical training with intuitive and holistic practices to support the full system. Not just the symptoms.
This includes:
This work is not about choosing between science and intuition.
It’s about integrating both.

My journey hasn’t been without its hurdles.
Growing up, my family life often appeared picture-perfect from the outside, and it came with its struggles. A sudden fire, multiple relocations, the loss of my mother, personal battles with mental health and alcohol, inferility, and divorce all tested my resilience.
These experiences ignited a transformative path for me.
I reclaimed my well-being through fitness, mindfulness, and intentional choices, ultimately leading me to obstacle course racing and endurance events. Completing the Spartan Agoge—trekking over 70 miles in 60+ hours with almost no sleep—taught me the profound connection between mind, body, energy and nature.
These life lessons fuel my dedication to helping others navigate their own transformations.
I’ve seen what happens when people are given space to go deeper.
When they stop trying to “fix” themselves and start understanding themselves.
When they learn how to listen to their body instead of override it.
When they begin to trust their own internal signals.
That’s where change actually happens.
Not from forcing.
From alignment.

I don’t follow a rigid structure.
I don’t run sessions from a script.
I listen—to you, to what’s coming up, to what your system is asking for in real time.
Some sessions may feel grounded and practical.
Some may feel reflective and expansive.
Some may bring in tools you’ve never experienced before.
All of it is intentional.
All of it is in service of helping you reconnect to yourself in a way that feels real and sustainable.

I work with adults (18+) of all genders who are experiencing anxiety and are ready to explore it through a deeper, more integrative lens.
The people I work best with are:
This is not passive work.
It requires presence, honesty, and willingness.

This space is intentionally not for everyone.
And that’s what allows it to be effective.
I trust that the people who are meant to find this work will feel a clear pull toward it.
Not pressure.
Not urgency.
Just a knowing.
If you feel that, you’re in the right place.

At the heart of my work lies a commitment to:

My work is deeply informed by lived experience.
I’ve pushed my body and mind through endurance events, discomfort, challenge, and recovery.
I understand what it means to question yourself and to keep going anyway.
That experience shapes how I hold space.
Grounded. Real. Present.

Sessions are booked through the client portal.
If it’s aligned, you’ll know.
And if it’s not, that clarity is just as valuable.
